Martin P. Eramo graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1974 with a BA in English Literature. He graduated from Western State University, College of Law, in 1977 with a Juris Doctorate and commenced his law practice in California in January of 1978. Mr. Eramo practices before the following courts:

United States District Court for the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern
Districts of the State of California
As a member and Pro Hac Vice in the United States District Court for the
District of Arizona
Mr. Eramo has sat as a Judge Pro Tem in the Orange County Courts and has been retained as an expert witness in the field of Landlord/Tenant law.
